First Impression
Your site is very neat - clean cut and simple. Perhaps, too simple? I like the notebook theme as your layout. It gives me the impression that the main focus of your website is your blog.

Layout
I guess you're not big on design, but the layout you have works for the type of site that you have. The site IS very neat, but then again it is pretty plain. I think you can do something a little more creative with the header - adding doodles perhaps? or even writing. Something to add to the notebook theme.

You have basic knowledge of CSS. I like the CSS on the navigation bar - very interesting. You could still spice things up, in my opinion.

You provide pixel graphics on your site for people to use on their blogs. Your stuff is pretty cute and creative, I just wish you had more. The lack of content makes visitors feel unsatisfied when they visit your site :(

Conclusion
Overall, you have a cute site for a personal blog with a few
things for the visitor to visit. However, the content runs out quickly, leaving
the visitors with just your blog.
PS - the arrow bullets you have - you may want to turn them into .gif files and
make the background transparent instead of white so that a wider range of people
can use them.
