get reviewed Hopefully you're a website owner who's looking for an honest review of their site. If you are, then you are more than welcome to take the opportunity to get reviewed! This review will give you constructive criticism and tips on how to make your site better and more user-friendly. The rubric consists of five major criteria as listed below. Your site will get a score out of a possible 100 points. If you want me to present your score in another way (such as a letter grade, out of 5 stars, etc), simply let me know in the 'message' box of your application. I'm not going to give out too many pre-requisites because I want to give any site who is in need of critique the opportunity to get some advice. Here are the few prerequisites you must meet and the rules you must follow:
Sites that Got Reviewed
the breakdown
Site Name: Browsed On: Duration: Reviewed On:
First Impression The first impression I'll get from your site. Self explanatory, right? This part of the rubric will focus on the appearance of your site. Layout How your layout looks. Remember - you had to create the layout yourself! This means no pre-made layouts. Things I will take into consideration:
Content What do you have to offer on your site? Weather its juicy blog entries, tutorials, services, downloadable graphics and layouts or even simple things to keep your visitor busy and happy. I will also take into consideration the tone that you use on your site. I've came across many sites with very un-friendly, intimidating tones which often scared visitors to interact on the site (such as leaving comments, participating in contests, applying for STOMS, etc). It's important to keep a friendly, welcoming tone to make visitors comfortable while visiting your site. This part part weighs heavily because at the end of the day, it's this part of your site that keeps visitors coming to your site! Conclusion Here I will point out anything that I've particularly liked or disliked about your site as well as an overall review of everything that I've seen.
